Due to the digital nature of this product there will be no refunds give in partial or full
EXCHANGES:
We cannot offer any exchanges from one template to the other.
CHARGEBACKS:
By purchasing customer understands that if a chargeback or merchant dispute with their bank is initiated for the products that they have received; the business and/or individual will pursue any and all legal action to recover disputed funds that are owed to the business/individual. Full documentation will be provided to the issuing bank to support the evidence of items delivered.
The business and/or individual also reserves the right to invoice customer personally for any products sold given a successful chargeback and customer agrees to pay the invoice in full or face full legal action to remedy by law.
